These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, and features made available by bdc222 through its website at https://bdc222.app and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player" or "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with bdc222 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

bdc222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bdc222 will notify registered players via account notification or email no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bdc222 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdc222. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by bdc222 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdc222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through bdc222 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on bdc222 are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from any unlawful activity;
• You have not previously had an account on bdc222 that was closed for Terms violations;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

bdc222 employs age and identity verification procedures as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe stipulated by bdc222 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If bdc222 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during a period when the player was under the minimum age will be forfeited.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bdc222 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdc222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or false identifying information at any stage of the registration process. bdc222 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdc222 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances. bdc222 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdc222 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bdc222 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions, bets, and game plays conducted through your account prior to you notifying bdc222 of any unauthorised access shall be deemed valid and binding.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdc222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any account holder at any time. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. The KYC review process typically completes within two (2) business days of document submission.

All financial transactions on bdc222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdc222 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (such as mobile banking service charges from bKash or Nagad) are outside the control of bdc222 and are your sole responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods

bdc222 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdc222 account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on your bank's processing schedule. bdc222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified in your name. bdc222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3 of these Terms. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at bdc222's discretion.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500;
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day;
• bdc222 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security or compliance purposes, in which case the affected player will be notified;
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

bdc222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms supplement and, where applicable, take precedence over this general section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have accepted the specific offer terms at the time of activation;
• A maximum of one active bonus may be held in your account at any time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise;
• Where a wagering requirement applies, the required wagering amount is calculated based on the bonus amount (and, where specified, the qualifying deposit amount);
• Winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be forfeited;
• bdc222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that this does not prejudice players who have already activated the offer in good faith;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse

bdc222 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending review.

By using the bdc222 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format to influence outcomes;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds displayed on the Platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or fraudulent identity documents;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the bdc222 Platform, its servers, or databases;
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory towards bdc222 staff or other players;
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the bdc222 Platform without written authorisation;
• Using the Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.

bdc222 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and access to funds restricted. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bdc222 may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

bdc222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual;
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted via the account settings or support team;
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority;
• Extended inactivity, as defined in the dormant account policy below.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your bdc222 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, bdc222 will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bdc222 will notify the account holder by email prior to any dormant account action being taken. After the notification period, a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdc222 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss, even if bdc222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdc222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Unplanned outages may occur. bdc222 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during a period of Platform unavailability.

Where a game or bet is affected by a technical malfunction that materially affects its outcome, bdc222 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the stake to the player's account balance. This represents the full extent of bdc222's liability in relation to technical malfunctions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdc222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
